  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.

9. Product Quality & Warranty

Each ArcLume lighting product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch.

Product images aim to reflect actual colors, finishes, and textures as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or material differences.

Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect wiring

  • Use of incompatible bulbs or voltage

  • Accidental damage

  • Scratches, dents, or impact damage after delivery

  • Damage caused by moisture exposure (unless product is rated for wet areas)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or external factors

We recommend professional installation by a qualified electrician where required.


10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Standard delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on destination.

Customers will be notified of delays or stock-related issues.

If delivery is not possible, a replacement or full refund may be offered.
