At ArcLume, every order is packed with care — from our facility to your doorstep. Whether you’ve ordered wall lights, sconces, or modern lighting fixtures, we make sure your items arrive safe, secure, and ready to illuminate your space.

🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

📍 Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.

📦 Packaging & Handling

Every ArcLume order is:

  • Carefully packed using protective materials to prevent transit damage

  • Securely sealed to protect finishes, glass components (if applicable), and hardware

  • Handled with care to ensure items arrive in excellent condition

🎁 Gifting an ArcLume light?
You may add a personalized message or choose gift-style packaging at checkout (where available).

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time or extra fees may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if delivery attempts are unsuccessful

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly
